Terms and Conditions:

*A 90 minute privilege tour & presentation must be attended and finished to qualify the whole stay at the rate paid to the vendor The VIP Holidays.

*Must be a major credit card holder

*Must be 30 to 70 years of age

* A combined income of $50 USD minimum

* Non-refundable but are fully transferable and can be sold to qualified clients.

* Taxes apply on a per night rate and will be paid upon check-in.

* Extendable up to 18 months only upon the date of purchased but must booked the travel dates within 12 months period.

* Must booked 60 to 90 days in advance the travel dates to secure the availability of the hotel partners.

* Once booked change of travel dates will only be acccepted if the notice is 45 days prior to travel dates. A fee difference will be collected to cover the cancelled travel dates.

* A change of mind cannot be considered as a valid reason to refund the package.

* For dispute directly made to the bank will incur a penalty of 40% that will be deducted from the amount paid. This is to cover fees of merchant and termonal taxes.
